Chocolate Rose Pastry

Ever have extra Flaky Pastry Dough left over and you don't know what to do with it? Make a Chocolate Rose Pastry! (I like making it as a special treat for my husband- who is more obsessed with chocolate than I am, believe it or not! ;D)

Ingredients you will need:
Left over pastry dough
Any chocolate lying around

That's it!

lay the dough out. Place chocolate in center. You can either put it in whole or put in shavings. I like to do shavings so I can mix dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and 99% cocoa chocolate.
Take the edges of the dough, lift them up together, and pinch in the center.

Cook for about 10 minutes at 425 degrees. 

 Eat it while it's hot! Yum!
