You Will Need:
1 Cup Powdered Milk
1/4 Cup Aloe Vera Gel- the kind you use on sunburns
3 Tablespoons Baby Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
Add to hot bath!
Careful! Baby oil can be flammable- so careful with candles and floating tea candles in the bath!
For amazing scents and moods add a dash of:
Mint Extract- rejuvenating feel
Vanilla Extract- calming, homey, holiday feel
Orange Extract- energizing, rejuvenating feel
Lavender Extract- rrelaxing feel
Green Tea Bags- timeless, zen feel
Mix and match! Mint Green Tea or Orange Mint or Orange Lavender!
Adding 2 Eggs is great for hair and skin- but salmonella is a risk then.
When done relaxing rinse off in water as cool as you can take. Do not wash off your skin too much- but rinse hair thoroughly.
If possible- do not dry off! Instead throw on a robe and read a book in bed, watch some guilty pleasure TV or movie, get a massage from your loved one. If you do have to dry off- pat, don't rub with the towel. Not drying off and continuing the relaxation adds to the bath and makes a longer, more luxurious time. Plus it lets your skin absorb all the minerals from the bath. This is also a great time for green tea or strawberry juice to relax and rehydrate. (Crystal Light has energizing strawberry juice powder available right now. Hot spring spas in the mountains of Ecuador serve strawberry juice.)
