Chicken Alfredo Party Shells Recipe

A coworker made these and they were amazing. Casey the Puppy decided to make a batch too. (Plus writing this helps keep my mind off the amazing scent of my husband's burgers that I begged him to make again to have with the Bacon Jam.)

Ingredients You Will Need:
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Box Large Pasta Shells
1 Chicken Bullion Cube
1 Stick Butter
2 Cloves Garlic- Minced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Salt (or Garlic Salt- that's the best!)
2 Tablespoons Flour

Directions:

Preheat:
Oven 350 Degrees

Place large pasta shells in a bowl. Add boiling water. Let sit for while working on the sauce.

Cook chicken breasts- Casey decided to boil them so it'd be fast and tender.

In a pot put 1 stick butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil on high. Add 2 cloves minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is translucent- do not brown it!

Turn the heat down to medium-low. Add chicken bullion cube, 1 cup heaving cream, and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Slowly add 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. (Casey likes sprinkling the salt over the Alfredo afterwards, but you can add it to the sauce while cooking.)Slowly add 2 tablespoons of flour.

Turn off heat. Add shreds of chicken to sauce. Place the now-soft pasta shells in a baking pan. Stuff with the chicken Alfredo sauce. Pour any extra sauce over the noodles.

You can sprinkle Parmesan or mozzarella cheese on top.  Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes.

There! Delicious party food!

Casey noticed that she had some extra shells and Hot Wings Chicken Dip left over. So she stuffed some of the shells with the dip! Yummmm!

Shortcut Section:

Use pre-cooked chicken and a can of Alfredo sauce.

Pretty Ballerina Tutubuddies

The Fluffiefriends and Tutubuddies are excited for the Webster Street Market this weekend! It's half price for all venders- we're moving slightly down to attract more customers from 2nd Street Market, and we're painting a wall! Horah! It will be a lot of fun, beautiful things to buy, and a great way to meet a lot of cool people. Come down and visit if you get a chance!

Speaking of painted walls.... Betty the Bunny and Petunia the Pig found a beautifully painted wall in downtown Dayton near the Webster Street Market and did a little photo shoot with the ballerinas.
