Creamy Garlic Basil Noodles Recipe


Löwe The Lion Fluffiefriend had so much fun at the Columbus Oktoberfest that he decided to make a delicious German meal at home. For the side he made Creamy Garlic Basil Noodles with Spätzle- a traditional German noodle for the side. It was delicious- creamy, garlicy, and satisfying! It's really good with Weinerschnitzel!

Ingredients You Will Need:
Water
3 Cups of Noodles
2 Cloves Garlic
5 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Tablespoons Butter
Half Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Tablespoons Flour

Directions:
Boil noodles in water until tender. 

At the same time chop garlic and basil. Put in small pot with 2 tablespoons butter and cook on high until garlic is tender and translucent- not roasted. 

Turn heat down to medium and add half pint heavy whipping cream. Slowly add 3 tablespoons flour. 

Drain water from noodles. Add buttery garlic basil sauce.
