Oktoberfest Brats Recipe


Löwe The Lion Fluffiefriend had so much fun at the Columbus Oktoberfest that he wanted to make it last. He decided to make some Oktoberfest Brats to enjoy! They were delicious! It makes a very savory and hearty meal. It goes great with sourcraut and Creamy Garlic Basil Spätzle (German Noodles.)

Ingredients You Will Need:
1 Package Uncooked Sausage
1/2 Beer of Your Choice
2 Cloves of Garlic- Minced

Directions:
Place 1/2 beer, 2 minced cloves of garlic, and 1 pack of uncooked sausage in large frying pan.

Turn stove on low. Let them cook for a long time, turning them occasionally. We want the garlic and beer flavor to soak through.

Once all the liquid is evaporated turn the stove on high and sear the sausage.

The sausage should be fully cooked, but as always- check! Another fun thing to do would be to try this in the slow cooker!
