Low-Carb Quiche Recipe

Violet's Silver Lining Low-Carb Quiche.


Barry The Teddy Bear Fluffiefriend decided to have a delicious, healthy breakfast. He found this yummy recipe for Quiche Cupcakes on Pinterest, but sadly has never gotten the cupcake tin back from the party with the Salted Lime Dark Chocolate Cupcakes. So a pie tin it'll be and one large quiche!

Ingredients You Will Need:


1 Packet Sand witch Ham
5 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
Your favorite omelet ingredients (this one includes sausage, bacon, garlic, onion, spinach, mushrooms)
3 Teaspoons Salt
3 Teaspoons Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line pie tin with sliced ham like pie crust.

In a bowl crack 5 eggs and put in 1/4 cup milk. Whisk until fluffy.

Add salt, pepper, and favorite omelet ingredients.

Whisk. Pour egg mixture into pie tin.



Bake in oven 30-45 minutes, until tops of quiche is golden-brown. Slice up and enjoy!
