Ooey Gooey Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Recipe

Seamore The Seal Fluffiefriend made some delicious treats for a party- Ooey Gooey Caramel Chocolate Chip Cooke Bars! It was a huge hit. People couldn't stop eating it. It's fantastic cut into bars and eaten on it's own (it's easier to cut if refrigerated first) or as an AMAZING ice cream topper! (No really- try it, yum!) It's like eating the most amazing cookie dough.


Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Of Your Choice (1 Batch)
1 Can Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1 Can Condensed Milk


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Take half of the batch of chocolate chip cookie dough and press into the bottom of a greased pan. Bake for about 10 minutes (it doesn't need to be fully cooked.) Pour in 1 can of caramel ice cream topping. Pour in 1 can condensed milk. Lightly swirl together with knife- it makes such pretty patterns!

Roll out the other half of chocolate chip cookie dough and place over the caramel/condensed milk mixture.

Place in oven. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy the sinful gooey goodness!

To make it a little more salty and crunchy take 1/4 bag of pretzels, smash them and put them on top of the cookie dough then pour the caramel and condensed milk over it and continue.
