Russian Egg Drop Soup Recipe


My husband has been talking about this recipe for months- it was one of his favorite meals at one of his favorite restaurants in Russia. Since it's cold and snowy outside, I figured it'd be a wonderful time to make it. Skycloud the Fluffiefriend pegasus helped out. :)

Ingredients You'll Need:


1 Egg
Chicken Broth (from stock or Fresh Made)
1 Chive

Directions:


Hard boil your egg. Skycloud did it in the oven- as suggested by Family Fresh Meals that I found on Pineterest. You bake the egg in the oven at 325 degrees for a half hour then place in ice water bath.


It worked out well! Make the chicken broth.

Pegasus stuffed animal stirring chicken broth.

Pour in bowl.

Cut up chive into broth.


Peel hard boiled egg and slice in half. Place egg halves in broth.

Serve! Simple, but amazingly delicious!
