Crock Pot Chilli Recipe

Freddie the frog decided to make some delicious chilli for the teacher chilli cook-off last week at the school. If you love spicy, meaty chilli, this is the one for you! It's a great mixture between my Taco Meat recipe and my lasagna meat recipe (I'll post it eventually- it's super delicious.)

Ingredients You'll Need:

1 Smoked Kielbasa Sausage
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, Chopped
3 Small Tomatoes or 2 Large Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Capers
2 Tablespoons JalapeƱoPeppers
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground Annatto
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Smoke Sauce
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Chili Pepper
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:

Crush tomatoes with hand and place in bottom of the slow cooker.

Cut kielbasa into disks and then into quarters. Put in pot.

Place all the rest of the ingredients in.

Turn the crock pot on low and let everything simmer for 6-8 hours.

It smells completely irresistible. Serve and enjoy!

It's especially good with sour cream with chives!
