Taco Meat Recipe

This is a delicious recipe that I always use for my taco meat. It's delicious! Meaty, spicy, and tasty. :)

Ingredients You'll Need:

1 Pound Meat
1/2 Onion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Ground Annatto (This is the secret to the amazing flavor. When ground it's also called Achiote. Check stores around or online. Goya packets will work (found in the Mexican section of almost any store.)
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Smoke Sauce
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Chili Pepper
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt


Take a half an onion and chop. Place in a pan on high heat. Brown the onions. Add 1 pound meat, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon smoke sauce, and 1/4 cup water. Cook on medium meat until meat is tender, but not yet brown. Add 1 tablespoon ground annatto, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons chili pepper, 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook on medium heat until the meat is browned. Serve and enjoy!
