Valentine Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Cake Recipe

Valentine The Teddybear Tutubuddy decided to make a delicious cake for Valentine's Day! It is so delicious! The chocolate and strawberries taste incredible. :) I took some in for my fellow teachers and they absolutely loved it.

Ingredients You'll Need:

Ingredients For A Dark Chocolate Cake

1 Bag Chocolate Chips

1 Box Fresh Strawberries
1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling

3 Cups Whipping Cream
1 Cup Strawberry Jam
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
Pinch Salt
5 Drops Red Food Coloring (optional)

Make a batch of Amazingly Moist Cake with dark chocolate cocoa powder. To turn it into a Heart Shape (Valentine found the directions on Pinterest) like Jamie did on C.R.A.F.T. pour half the batter in a square tin and half in a circular tin.

Bake the cake. Let the cake cool. As it does melt the chocolate chips- either using a double boiler or a microwave (make sure you stir every 30 seconds or it'll burn!) Pour melted chocolate on cakes.

Let harden- freeze if you have to. Now start the strawberry cloud mouse (It's similar to the Chocolate Cloud Mouse.) While cooling take 3 cups whipping cream and whip on high until it is whipped cream. Add 1 cup strawberry jam and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, red food coloring, mix on high.

Melt the 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips (again, as in the chocolate cloud mouse.) Slowly add to the strawberry whipped cream.

Slice strawberries.

Cut cake in half.

Cut circle in half (if you're doing the heart shape.)

Make into a heart shape.

What a black heart!

Lay out bottom of cake so chocolate layer is lying face-down. Put a layer of strawberries on the bottom half of the cake.

My heart is full.

Pour strawberry pie filling over fresh strawberries.

Place other half of cake on top.

My heart bleeds for you.

Ice with the strawberry cloud mouse.
You melt my heart.

Enjoy with your loved ones! Yummy! :D
Take a piece of my heart.
