Zoe the kangaroo fluffiefriend decided to make some tasty soup for her son, Joey. She loves the heat and flavor of this delicious spicy Thai green onion soup- it is delicious with chicken broth, Asian noodles, and chives floating around. The heat makes it interesting. You always want more of this soup.
Ingredients You'll Need:
6 Cups of Broth (see Cheap Broth or Stock)
1/3 Pack Asian Rice Noodles (sold in Asian markets, foreign sections of grocery stores, and online.)
1 Teaspoon Salt
6 Green Onions
1 Tablespoon Hot Sesame Oil (again, sold in Asian markets, foreign sections of grocery stores, and online.)
(Optional- cubed chicken. My husband prefers the soup with chicken, but I think it goes much better without it.)
Boil noodles in broth on medium heat.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon hot sesame oil.
Let cook until noodles are tender. Turn off heat. Cut up 6 green onions into broth.
That's it! You're done. And it's delicious! Enjoy!
