Super Fancy Stuffed Burgers

I was bragging to a friend about My Husband's Amazing Burgers and she mentioned how her grandmother would put an ice cube in the center of all her burgers to make them juicy. What a cool idea! Then I remembered a pin on Pinterest on how to Freeze Herbs- hey, let's combine them! Dilly Dally The Yellow Duckling Fluffiefriend helped out! These burgers are so delicious! Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and flavorful inside and out! We really enjoyed these different burgers!

Ingredients You'll Need:

2 Cloves Garlic
2 Chives
2 Tablespoons Dill
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Smoke Sauce
1 Egg
Salt (flavored is best)
Bacon Powder (if you have it! If you don't- get it!)
1/4 Cup flour


Mince 2 cloves garlic, chives, and 2 tablespoons of dill. In a small pot put 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup butter, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon smoke sauce. Heat. Add garlic, chives, and dill. Cook until garlic is tender, but not brown.
Pour into an ice cube tray.

Place tray into the freezer. Freeze overnight. Put pepper, salt, 1/4 flour, and bacon powder in a bowl.
Mix egg with 1 lb ground beef. 
Make half a patty from the ground beef. Place herb cube on patty. Cover with more ground beef.

 Place in salt/pepper/flour bowl and coat with mixture.
 If you're grilling on an indoor grill or in a pan place some of the salt/pepper/flour on it first to keep the burgers from sticking.
 Place burgers on grill. Grill to taste.

Place any left-over herb ice cubes on the burgers to melt on top, drip down, and moisten. Eat and enjoy! It is so delicious!

Melt In Your Mouth Buttery Chicken with Caramelized Onions

Taddles The Turtle Fluffiefriend decided to make some delicious chicken! So was born buttery chicken.

Ingredients You'll Need:

1/2 White Onion
1/2 Chicken
1/2 Stick Butter
3 Sprigs of Dill
2 Cloves Garlic
Onion Salt
Green Beans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the inner circles of the onion out- leaving the outermost 3 or 4 rings together. Place the outer shell of 3 or 4 rings on pan. Place half a chicken over the onion so that the onion is resting inside the cavity of the chicken- this will help keep the chicken moist.

Take 1/2 stick of butter and rub the chicken's skin with it thoroughly.

Slice up what's left of the butter and put slivers under the wing and drumstick, on the skin, and under the chicken, with the onion.

Take the inner onion rings and slide them onto the drumstick and wing. Place 3 sprigs of dill and 2 cloves (uncut) of garlic around the chicken. Sprinkle with onion salt. Cover chicken with tin foil and place chicken in oven until about 15 minutes from finishing.

Take chicken out, put oven at 400 degrees.Place green beans around chicken and place it back in oven. Cook until chicken is at 165 degrees on the inside. Serve and enjoy!

4 Tasty Flavored Waters

So since I've been trying to cut down on my tea intake the past year I've been able to play with a lot of delicious flavored waters- here are some of my favorites! You make it the same way I mentioned in Refreshing Cucumber Water Recipe- boil the water, let it cool until you can comfortably touch the water, add the ingredients and let it sit until the water is room-temperature then put in fridge to chill.

Cucumber Watermelon


Blackberry Mint with a touch of Honey

Note- crush the blackberries before adding water, otherwise you barely taste the blackberry.

Strawberry Key Lime

Apple Blueberry

Again, crush the blueberries so you will be able to taste them.
