Spiced Apple Pancakes

These pancakes are delicious- fluffy and buttery with the crisp, delicious taste of apples. Spiced to bring out the autumn flavors. The spicy pancakes will make your entire house smell utterly amazing. Nothing lets you know it's fall like the smell of spicy apples cooking in your pancakes!

So we went to Tüken's Orchard and Farm again this year (like Betty The Bunny Did Last Year) and really enjoyed it again. We got the best tasting apples. Allen The Alligator Fluffiefriend decided to turn them into my famous spiced apple pancakes (I've been making them since middle school and they're always a huge hit.)
/*Note- the batch I made for these photos is a lot smaller than the directions, so if it doesn't look like much batter it's because there wasn't much that day.*/

Ingredients You'll Need:

1 Juicy, Crisp Apple
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Sprinkle of Ground Allspice
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Put 3/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar together in a bowl. Set aside to curdle.

In a separate bowl add all other ingredients.

Cut the apple and add.

Pour soured milk into bowl. Whisk.

Put a thin sliver of butter in frying pan on medium-low heat. Pour pancake batter into frying pan.

Cook until you see bubbles on top of pancake. Flip pancake and cook for a couple more minutes. Serve with some delicious milk! They're really delicious!
