Oatmeal Berry Yogurt Pancakes Recipe




Nummy nummy pancakes! These pancakes are utterly delicious! They're healthier with the berries, oatmeal, and yogurt than regular pancakes while still getting you that pancake fix. They're fantastic for keeping you fuller longer. Seamore The Seal Fluffiefriend helped out.

Ingredients You'll Need:

3/4 Cups Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Raspberries
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup Blackberries
1/4 Cup Strawberries (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Directions:

Pretty simple- mix everything together and cook!


Serve and enjoy! It goes great with 5 Minute Jam and boysenberry syrup.
